The 16th Annual Carly May Golf Classic will be held Monday, September 16, 2024 at Brackett's Crossing Country Club. Hosted by Jaime and Maria Harris, the purpose of the event is to remember Carly May Harris, her love for life, and to benefit organizations aligned with our mission. At the Carly May Foundation, we strive to continuously honor her enduring vitality for life by reminding ourselves that life is lived one day at a time and the memories from each day can last a lifetime. Proceeds from the Classic support organizations that champion programs for children with Down Syndrome and/or a chronic illness – from the beginning to the end of life.

The Carly May Classic has always been so much more than a golf tournament. It is a celebration of children with Down Syndrome and the joy they bring to our lives; a day filled with family, friends, and networking; a showcase of businesses and individuals who share passion in our mission, and it is the Carly May Foundation's biggest fundraising event.

Tournament Description:

  • 18-hole four-person golf scramble. Shotgun start.​​

  • 50/50 cash and prize raffle

  • Prizes awarded for the:

    • Top three teams with the lowest scores

    • Longest drive male/female

    • Shot closest to the pin

    • Longest putt

Schedule of Events:

  • 10:30 AM Driving Range Opens​

  • 10:30 AM Registration/Lunch

  • 11:45 AM Kickoff/Announcements

  • 12:00 PM Shotgun Start

  • 4:30 PM Happy Hour

  • 6:00 PM Dinner Presentation & Awards

  • 6:00 PM Silent Auction Closes

This Years Classic Includes:​

  • Virtual Registration: Registration and payments will need to be completed online prior to the event.

  • Virtual Golf Options: If you can't join us on the course, an option to have your golf fee donated to our mission will be available. You will still receive the annual golf polo and swag.

  • Virtual Silent Auction: Silent auction items will be up for bid for anyone on the course or at home throughout the day on September 18th.

  • Your dedication to our cause directly supports organizations such as Jack's Basket, the M Health Fairview Masonic Children's Hospital, the Down Syndrome Foundation, the Down Syndrome Association of Minnesota, and GiGi's Playhouse. Fees for Attendance:​

  • $200 Individual

    • One round of golf, with shared cart

    • One lunch & dinner

    • Paired with other golfers (we will try to accommodate requests for specific pairings)

    • One Carly May Classic shirt

  • $800 Foursome

    • Round of golf, with cart, for four golfers (select a team name)

    • Four lunches & dinners

    • Four Carly May Classic shirts

  • $100 Supporter

    • Includes dinner & silent auction
